Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas) to bring our quality dancewear to your studio doorstep.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Boston studio. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
Hygiene-Sensitive Items (Non-Returnable)
For the safety of our dance community, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Leotards (found under “Leotards” and “Basics” categories)
- Dance tights (found under “Basics” category)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information

International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (like our carefully constructed ballet flats or jazz shoes), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
