Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Note on Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the safety of our dance community, leotards and dance tights (found under “Basics” and “Leotards” categories) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  • Wait for Approval: Our Boston-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

  • Refund Information

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    For exchanges:

    • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
    • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
    • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

    International Returns

    As we serve dancers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs
    • Any customs fees
